About Clair 


Clair is an experienced teacher who has taught in the United Kingdom & Ireland, and for many years has worked as a Head of Year and mentor. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming. 


She is author of "So What Do You Think?; A guide to a Positive Mind", which is an interesting psychology guide on how to get your mind working for you rather than against you. Its simple, clear language makes it really accessible and enjoyable to many age groups. Clair is currently working on her second book, 'So What's The Problem?'


In collaboration with Diversefit, Clair runs 'MIND, BODY & SOUL' courses at Seafield Hotel, Ballymoney, Co. Wexford, where participants can enjoy a rejuvenating break and learn empowering practices that will inspire clear, simple, positive changes in their lives.


She also leads talks and workshops in schools on WELLBEING.


She is passionate about empowerment & positivity. In particular, teaching about what true positivity actually means and how being positive to yourself, being positive to others & being positive about possibility, are the gateways to inner peace and true happiness.


She currently lives in Co. Wexford, Ireland.
